Sacred Sounds
Healing Frequencies
Sound has been used for healing across African and indigenous traditions for millennia. These curated frequencies are offered for rest, restoration, and spiritual renewal.
The Power of Solfeggio Frequencies
Solfeggio frequencies are specific sound tones that have been used since ancient times for healing and spiritual practices. These frequencies resonate with the body's natural energy centers, promoting deep relaxation, emotional release, and physical restoration. Our ancestors understood the power of sound - let these frequencies carry you toward healing.

Tips for Your Healing Session
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you will not be disturbed.
Use headphones for the fullest frequency experience.
Set an intention before you begin - what do you want to release or invite in?
Breathe deeply and allow your body to relax completely.
These are ideal for meditation, prayer, sleep, or quiet reflection.
Stay hydrated - sound healing can release stored energy and toxins.
Healing From the Inside Out
This is not just a “diet.” It is a whole-life recalibration. Body. Mind. Spirit. Community. Nervous system. Identity.
For many Foundational Black Americans, health conversations are tangled with history: food deserts, chronic stress, environmental toxins, survival eating, medical mistrust, generational trauma, overwork, and a culture that often glorifies exhaustion instead of restoration.
So the goal is not perfection. The goal is rebuilding vitality - one meal, one walk, one glass of water at a time.
Food as Information, Not Just Calories
Every meal is a message to your cells. Research consistently shows that populations with lower inflammation, stronger metabolic health, and longer lifespans tend to eat the same way: whole foods, fiber-rich plants, lean proteins, healthy fats - and far less of everything that comes in a wrapper with a mascot on it.
What's Quietly Doing Damage
× Ultra-processed food disguised as convenience
× Sugar-heavy beverages (juice, soda, energy drinks)
× Seed-oil-heavy fried food consumed daily
× Chronic overeating as stress response
For deeply melanated people in the U.S., rates of hypertension, insulin resistance, Type 2 diabetes, kidney disease, and stroke are disproportionately high - not because of genetics alone, but because of a brutal combination of stress, environment, access, and diet patterns built over generations of systemic neglect.
A Healing-Centered Plate Looks Like This
✔ Wild-caught fish
✔ Beans & legumes
✔ Dark leafy greens
✔ Sweet potatoes
✔ Okra
✔ Squash
✔ Berries
✔ Fresh herbs
✔ Fermented foods
✔ Nuts & seeds
✔ Quality water
✔ Moderate fruit
The Old Table Had Medicine Hidden in It
Traditional African diaspora foods contain powerful healing elements - before industrial food systems stripped them out and replaced them with chemicals and cost-cutting. Our ancestors ate medicine every day and didn't need a label to tell them it was organic.
Collard greens
Black-eyed peas
Millet
Yams
Sorghum
Herbs & spices
Seafood
Legumes
The modern processed-food economy turned nourishment into fluorescent edible confetti. Your body deserves better than a chemistry experiment in a bag.
Walking Is Profoundly Underrated
Modern culture treats exercise like punishment - something you suffer through in a gym while someone yells at you from a screen. But the body does not respond best to brutality. It responds to consistency.
What Walking Actually Does
✔ Lowers blood pressure naturally
✔ Improves insulin sensitivity
✔ Supports heart health and circulation
✔ Reduces cortisol and stress hormones
✔ Improves mood and mental clarity
✔ Supports brain function and memory
✔ Improves longevity across every study
✔ Nature walking especially boosts mental health
You don't need a membership. You don't need gear. You need 30 minutes a day - after meals, while listening to music, scripture, affirmations, or silence. That's it. That's the prescription.
The body loves rhythm more than intensity.
A grandmother walking every day for 20 years often outlasts the gym warrior who burns out after six months. Consistency is not glamorous. It is powerful.
Water Matters More Than You Think
Your body is roughly 60% water. Your brain is closer to 75% - with gray matter reaching up to 82% water content. Every single biological process - from thinking to digestion to detoxification to mood regulation - depends on hydration.
The science is clear: even mild dehydration - losing just 1% to 2% of your body mass in fluid - significantly impacts cognitive performance, lowers alertness, increases fatigue, and disrupts mood regulation. Your kidneys and gut rely entirely on fluid balance to filter metabolic waste and maintain intestinal motility. When water drops, everything slows down.
What Proper Hydration Affects
Energy & Alertness
Cognition & Focus
Skin & Appearance
Digestion & Gut Health
Circulation & Heart
Detoxification & Kidneys
Now here is the part that hits home for FBA communities: if you live in an area with questionable water quality - and many of us do, because infrastructure neglect follows the same map as redlining - filtered water is not a luxury. It is a necessity. A quality filter can reduce contaminants like lead, chlorine, and PFAS that disproportionately affect Black neighborhoods. The water crisis in Flint was not an anomaly. It was a symptom.
The Real Problem Is Not Dramatic Dehydration
Most healthy adults with access to fluids are not walking around severely dehydrated - your thirst reflex and kidneys handle the basics. But there is a difference between “not dehydrated” and “optimally hydrated.” The danger is not collapse - it is the slow, quiet erosion of function. Brain fog you blame on stress. Fatigue you blame on age. Headaches you blame on screens. Irritability you blame on everyone else. Sometimes the answer is the simplest one on earth.
You do not have to overhaul your life overnight. Start with one shift: replace one sugary drink per day with water. Then two. Then make water your default. Your body will tell you the difference within a week.

Healing is not a trend. It is a return.
A return to what your body already knows.
A return to what your ancestors practiced
before the world tried to break us.
Feed yourself like someone who plans to be here for a long time - because we have a lot of building to do.
The Power of Assumption
Healing the body is essential. But the deepest healing begins in the mind - in how you see yourself, how you speak about your life, and what you choose to assume about your future.
Ancient Wisdom, Black Teacher
In the 1930s, a Black Ethiopian mystic named Abdullah - a rabbi, Kabbalist, and spiritual master living in Harlem - took on a young student named Neville Goddard and taught him a principle that would change everything: imagination creates reality.
Abdullah taught that there is no cause outside of the arrangement of your own mind. That the world you see is your consciousness objectified. That if you want to change your circumstances, you do not beg, you do not wait, you do not negotiate with external forces - you assume the state of the person who already has what you desire, and you live from that place until it hardens into fact.
This was not abstract philosophy. Abdullah demonstrated it. When Neville had no money and wanted to travel home to Barbados, Abdullah told him flatly: “You are in Barbados.” He instructed Neville to fall asleep every night feeling himself in his family home, smelling the air, hearing the sounds. When Neville came back full of doubt, Abdullah slammed the door in his face. There was no room for second-guessing. Within weeks, the money and the first-class ticket appeared - exactly as assumed.
Abdullah was a Black man teaching divine mental science in an era when the world said Black people had nothing to teach anyone. He taught it anyway. And the principles he passed down are directly relevant to the healing and restoration of Foundational Black Americans today.
Assume the End
Abdullah's core teaching was this: you must assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled. Not hope for it. Not pray from a place of lack. Not affirm it while secretly believing it will never happen. You must become the person who already has it - mentally, emotionally, spiritually - and hold that assumption until the outer world has no choice but to conform.
“An assumption, though false, if persisted in, will harden into fact.”
- Neville Goddard, from the teachings of Abdullah
This is not wishful thinking. This is the disciplined practice of choosing your inner state regardless of what the outer world is showing you. It does not matter what the situation looks like right now. What matters is what you assume to be true about yourself and your future.
Assume your inheritance.
Do not wait for permission. The debt is real. The promise is real. See yourself as someone who already possesses what was always owed.
Assume excellent health.
Speak life over your body. See yourself strong, vital, energized. Your cells respond to the frequency of your beliefs.
Assume great peace.
Refuse to carry the anxiety they designed for you. Peace is not a luxury - it is your birthright as a child of the Most High.
Assume abundance.
Lack is a condition they engineered. Abundance is the natural state of a mind that refuses to accept artificial limitations.
Assume it in. Hold it. Live from it. Do not check the outer world for confirmation every five minutes. As Abdullah taught: once the seed is planted, you do not dig it up to see if it is growing. You trust the law. You trust the process. You trust yourself.
Stop Speaking What You Do Not Want
Malcolm X once said that Black women are the most disrespected, unprotected, and neglected people in America. He said it to wake us up. But that quote was a diagnosis - it was never meant to become our identity.
When you repeat “we are the most disrespected” as a daily affirmation, you are programming your subconscious to seek evidence that confirms it. You will find that evidence everywhere - because the mind always finds what it is looking for. Abdullah taught this clearly: consciousness is the one and only reality. What you hold in your mind as true must eventually appear in your world.
So flip it. You are the most respected. You are the most protected. You are the most valued. Speak that. Feel it. Assume it. Not because the world has confirmed it yet - but because your assumption is what creates the confirmation.
Words that keep you in bondage:
× "We never get anything."
× "They will never pay us."
× "Nobody respects us."
× "I can't afford that."
× "That's just how it is for us."
Words that set you free:
✔ "I am walking in my inheritance."
✔ "What is owed to me is already on its way."
✔ "I am respected, protected, and honored."
✔ "I live in abundance because abundance is my natural state."
✔ "I come from a lineage that cannot be broken."
You are a powerful human being meant to live your best life during this lifetime. Not the next one. Not in some distant future when “things get better.” Now. In this body. In this generation. The power of your word is real. Every time you speak, you are either building the world you want or reinforcing the one you are trying to escape.
No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper
This is not just a scripture to quote on Sunday. This is a law of spiritual physics. When your frequency is high, when your mind is fixed on your desired end, when your assumption is unwavering - the weapons still form. They always will. But they cannot land. They cannot penetrate the consciousness of someone who has already assumed victory.
Abdullah lived this. A Black man in 1930s America, moving through the world with the sovereignty of a king. He did not ask for permission to be powerful. He did not adjust his frequency to match the fear around him. He assumed his divinity, and the world had no choice but to rearrange itself around him.
That is the inheritance Abdullah passed down. Not just to Neville Goddard, but to every person who has ever heard these words and felt something stir inside them. This is Black spiritual technology - ancient, tested, and available to you right now.
Speak This Daily With Full Conviction
The FBA Affirmation of Assumption
I am a child of the Most High, and I move in divine authority.
I assume my inheritance. It is mine. It has always been mine.
I assume excellent health. My body is strong, whole, and renewed.
I assume great peace. No circumstance can disturb the stillness within me.
I assume abundance. Lack was never part of my design.
I do not speak what I do not want. My words carry the power of creation.
I am not the most disrespected. I am the most respected.
I am not unprotected. The Most High goes before me and behind me.
I am not neglected. The universe conspires in my favor.
I come from people who survived the unsurvivable.
I come from people who learned to read by candlelight when reading meant death.
I come from people who built nations with their bare hands and received nothing.
That same power lives in me.
No weapon formed against me shall prosper.
I assume the feeling of the wish fulfilled.
I persist until the outside matches the inside.
I AM that I AM.
Rooted in the teachings of Abdullah the Ethiopian - Black mystic, rabbi, and Kabbalist - as passed down through Neville Goddard. These are not borrowed principles. This is Black spiritual heritage, returned to the people it belongs to.
